Dr. Nikki Ceaser-Small

Executive Committee

Dr. Nikki Ceaser-Small, serves as the Associate Dean of Assessment for the School of Business,
Hospitality, and Global Trade and the School of Manufacturing and Industrial Technology at
Dallas College. Prior to her current role, she served as a Business Professor at the Cedar Valley
Campus in Lancaster, TX.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Ceaser-Small has made it a priority to serve the community
and influence the next generation of leaders, educators, and students. She proudly serves as the
Vice President for the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Northwestern State University,
she serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Leadership Southwest and serves on the
Marketing Committee for the Best Southwest Partnership. Nikki also represents her community
as a member of the Law Enforcement Academy Advisory Board for Dallas College.

With over a decade of leadership experience in higher education administration, Dr. Ceaser-
Small has established herself as a practitioner of education in the areas of advancing enrollment
management and building corporate relations within the higher education sector. She believes
that through servant leadership her purpose is to invest in developing the next generation by
engaging their interest and guiding them towards developing their passion in order to reach their
full professional potential.
