Dallas Fire Fighters Receive Donations From Dallas Mavericks, NFM, and BEDGEAR
In their support for the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department Station #26, the Dallas Mavericks, in collaboration with BEDGEAR and Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM), announced a generous donation initiative aimed at enhancing the rest and recovery experience for the dedicated first responders.
On Monday, April 29, the Dallas Mavericks, along with NFM and BEDGEAR, presented the fire station with 14 Twin XL performance mattresses, complete with mattress protectors, sheets, and pillows.
Additionally, an entertainment set from NFM was provided to help the firefighters make the most of their downtime.
The donation doesn’t stop there. Later this year, the Mavericks plan to contribute further by donating a wall mural and a shade structure for the station’s outdoor grilling and social space.
Dallas Mavericks legend Devin Harris, BEDGEAR Sleep Coach Robert Malvaez, and NFM Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Relations Specialist Vicky Glenn were among the notable figures on-site to assist in the delivery and setup of the donations.
