Committee Charge

The Ambassador Program of the DeSoto Area Chamber shall be the human touch point between the administration of DAC and its members resulting in greater participation and increased value to our members

Committee Activities

• Conduct at least one in-person member site visit per year per member
• Keep the member informed of Chamber events and offerings and encourage their participation
• Assist in welcoming new members, including participation in Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies
• Bring in new members
• Gather and act upon feedback received
• Facilitate meaningful member-to-member networks

Prequalifications

• Must attend all monthly meetings
• Must participate in the Gala and 4 other programs or events
• Must volunteer at least 6 hours per year
• Must complete annual member site visits for all assigned members each year
• Must be responsible for two or more new members each year
