NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of DeSoto Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider zoning change from Planned Development-20 (PD-20) with base zoning district of General Retail (GR) to Single Family-10 (SF-10) with deviations. The properties consist of approximately 3.67 acres of land legally described as being Lots 1-13, Block 4, Rolling Hills 1. The applicant is Courtland Charles, the lots have multiple ownership. The public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducted on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. If the zoning case is recommended for approval, by the Planning Commission; or if denied and appealed, the hearing before the City Council will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
