Conveniently located on the Southwest corner of Beltline and Westmoreland, TotalCare is providing emergency treatment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is not just any ol' Emergency Room. TotalCare is a faith-based company who is committed to going “the second mile” for their patients. At this privately owned, federally regulated facility, you can expect to see the Doctor within 5-10min of your visit compared to possible hours at a Hospital ER. TotalCare employs board-certified, highly experienced physicians and nurses to ensure you have top-notch comprehensive care.

TotalCare joined the DeSoto Area Chamber of Commerce (DAC) as a Bronze Level member in September 2023. Since that time, they have been actively involved in its development and have had a representative on the Board of Directors.
